L-lysine is an essential amino acid (meaning it must be obtained through diet) important for normal growth and development and required for healthy bones, skin, collagen and elastin. It’s also involved in cellular energy production.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, Contains 2% or less of calcium silicate and magnesium stearate.
Free of: Milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, crustacean shellfish, fish, soy, gluten, titanium dioxide.
