Magic Magnesium™ Malate is made of elemental magnesium and malic acid. *Magnesium malate is easily absorbed by the body, which makes it not only a great option for replenishing your magnesium levels but also to support cellular energy production, muscle function and an active lifestyle. This is because malic acid plays a key role in the body's energy production cycle (to generate ATP) and supports phosphocreatine (primary energy buffer for muscle cells) recovery, which can help with energy levels during activities. Adults only: Take 1 tablet in the morning with food and 1 tablet in the evening with food.
