Magnesium Malate is a magnesium supplement with added malic acid, a natural compound found in fruits and vegetables, with apples being the richest source.
Magnesium is an essential mineral found in foods such as leafy green vegetables, beans and nuts. It’s found abundantly throughout the body, with 50 percent in bone and the rest inside cells of tissues and organs, including the brain.
As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and vegetable glycerin.
Free of: Milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, crustacean shellfish, fish, soy, gluten, titanium dioxide.
